Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster position with a preferred location in Ridgeland, Mississippi.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a seasoned claims professional who can manage a full caseload independently while delivering high-quality service to our clients. If you have an active claims license and 8–10 years of claims handling experience, we'd love to connect and learn more about you.Key Responsibilities• Independently manage a full caseload of claims from inception through resolution• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims in accordance with policy provisions, state regulations, and client guidelines• Establish reserves and recommend settlement strategies• Communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, employers, medical providers, and internal stakeholders• Maintain accurate, timely, and well-documented claim filesRequired Qualifications• Active claims license in Mississippi• 8–10 years of claims handling experience, preferably within a TPA environment• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong knowledge of claims best practices, regulations, and compliance standards• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High level of organization, attention to detail, and professional judgmentPreferred Qualifications• Experience handling complex or litigated claims• Residence in or near Ridgeland, Mississippi preferredWhat We Offer• Excellent benefits and competitive compensation based on experience• Supportive, collaborative team culture• Opportunity to work with a respected and growing insurance organization
