Core Responsibilities
Prepare and tag outgoing packages utilizing various courier services like FedEx and UPS.
Verify incoming shipments and generate necessary documentation for received goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy by tracking company and client components.
Manage warehouse inventory levels by ordering and organizing essential shipping materials.
Assist in the smooth execution of daily logistics, including performing local transport duties in a company vehicle.
Professional Qualifications
Candidates must be US Persons and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of background in material handling or shipping and receiving, or a comparable mix of schooling and professional practice.
Previous exposure to working within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Possession of a current, valid driver's license.
Proficiency with web-based shipping portals for UPS and FedEx, with international shipping knowledge being an added advantage.
Capability to handle heavy machinery such as overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and forklifts, with prior forklift operation being highly valued.
Fundamental digital literacy and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
