HCM Training Specialist
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc.Good communication skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all levels.Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis.Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
