The successful candidate will be a proven technical leader with over 10 years of software engineering experience, including a strong background in architecting and delivering complex, scalable enterprise software products. This hands-on role requires a leader who can provide technical guidance, drive high-velocity delivery through best-in-class software development processes, and mentor a world-class, internationally distributed engineering team. The VP of Engineering will also be instrumental in leading AI initiatives, integrating advanced AI and machine learning capabilities into the platform, and will work closely with executive leaders to define the technology roadmap and ensure that engineering capabilities align with business goals. Applicants for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a B.S. or M.S. in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in building complex software and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and systems design, experience in scaling engineering operations, and a proven track record of implementing and refining efficient development processes. A background in industrial software, IIoT, manufacturing, or OT is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with the company's technology stack.
