In this role, you’ll handle a mix of technical accounting and day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth business operations.QualificationsChallenge Yourself - The Specifics:Maintains a variety of ledgers, registers, and spreadsheets per established accounting policies and proceduresPerforms a variety of routine to complex administrative and vendor account support duties related to accounts payable, such as maintaining vendor records, entering and reconciling bills, following up with vendors, and resolving any discrepanciesCreates and maintains standard operating procedure documentsMaintains databases, records, and spreadsheetsAssists various teams with special projects and research, as neededThe Ideal Candidate:Enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration at an accredited college/university or equivalent training and experienceTerminology and practices of financial and account document processing and record-keepingBusiness arithmetic and basic financial and statistical techniquesModern office practices, methods, computer equipment, and computer applications related to work, including word processing, 10-key, and spreadsheet softwareQuickBooks and Excel experience is a plusAbout Our Internship Program:Our Internship program offers opportunities to thrive in communication and contribute to complex processes within a Company that operates internationally through diverse industry channels.
