Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA(Remote). This role requires an expert with strong Cisco platform proficiency, particularly in CUCM, Webex CCE, and SIP trunking .Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Engineer job responsibilities include:Manage and maintain Cisco Webex CCE environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SIP trunks to support enterprise voice services.Serve as a CUCM SME, handling upgrades, call routing, provisioning, and system integrations.Administer and support WXCC solutions, including workflow design, call flows, and feature enablement.Configure and maintain AudioCodes SBCs, including security policies, routing, and interoperability.Collaborate with network, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless voice infrastructure and resolve complex issues.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco voice/network technologies.Proven expertise with Cisco Webex CCE, CUCM, SIP trunking, and AudioCodes SBCs.Strong background in enterprise voice network support with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in large, multi-site environments.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
