General Manager - Bill's Market (Convenience Store & Gas Station) Job SummaryBill's Market is seeking a reliable, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations during our morning shift (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) . This role is ideal for an early riser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in setting the tone for the day-ensuring the store is fully prepared, stocked, and delivering excellent service to our morning customers.Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day store operations during morning hours, including opening proceduresSchedule, supervise, and support team members and assistant managersRecruit, hire, and train employees focused on delivering friendly, efficient serviceEnsure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for peak morning trafficOversee coffee, hot food, and breakfast service to maintain quality and availabilityMotivate and coach team members to meet performance expectationsMonitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and maintain accurate cash handlingTrack fuel pricing and stay competitive within the local marketResolve customer concerns quickly and professionallyEnforce company policies, safety standards, and operating proceduresExecute promotions, signage, and in-store marketing displays on timeComplete daily reports, paperwork, and system entries accuratelyConduct team and safety meetings as neededStep in as needed to perform cashier duties and support the teamWhat We're Looking For Availability to consistently work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)3-5 years of retail or convenience store management experienceExperience in grocery, hot food service, and inventory orderingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsHands-on approach and willingness to lead by examplePreferred Qualifications College education (preferred but not required)How to Apply Please submit your resume via email.No phone calls, please.
