Description MIG Welder Our client is looking for an experienced MIG Welder (pulse). This is a temporary position through Mid August. There is a possibility the position could lead into full-time. The position is located on the NE side of Des Moines. Starting Pay $18.00-$19.00+ / Hour (DOE) Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday), (6:00am-Noon Friday, when O.T. is needed) Duties:Set up welding machines based on specifications.Ability to interpret blueprints.Interpreting blue prints and fabricating (welding) form the blue print and parts.Weld metal components together. Requirements:Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.ALL other PPE's supplied by the company (Welder's helmet supplied by associate).Min 6 months to 2 years exp. with MIG and/or TIG steel, aluminum or stainless-steel welding.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds (hoists are available).
