IT Data Engineer (Seqera Platform OR Nextflow)

We are seeking an experienced IT Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark), AWS, and Seqera Platform (Nextflow Tower) to build and maintain scalable cloud-based data platforms and scientific data pipelines.Required Skills5+ years of Data Engineering experience3+ years of Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark)2+ years of Seqera Platform (Nextflow Tower) and NextflowStrong experience with AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda)SQL and PythonDelta Lake, Delta Live Tables (DLT), Unity CatalogDocker, KubernetesTerraform or CloudFormationETL/ELT pipelines and Data Lake/Lakehouse architectureExperience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare is preferred
