Wed to Wed Live In CaregiverJob SummaryIdeal Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Care Aide (HHA) - Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our dynamic team. As a Live In Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, promoting independence, comfort, and dignity. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients of all ages, offering a range of care services, from skilled and non-skilled care to companionship and assistance with daily living activities.ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality and safe delivery of home health care servicesImplement client's plan of care in accordance with the Agency's process and procedures policyParticipate in Client's case conferences according to the Agency's policies and regulationsSubmit updates and relevant information regarding the Client's plan of care to the Registered Nurse in a timely mannerProvide care to patients of all ages, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionshipCarry out patient care plan activities as assignedBe caring, patient, and compassionate in your interactions with clients and their familiesAccompany clients to doctor's offices or hospital visits as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent - PreferredHome Health Aide certification required1 year Home Health Care experience - Experienced PreferredAble to read, understand, and execute instructionsAbility to communicate and write effectivelyAbility to work and deal within a stressful environmentBilingual - Spanish/Creole/etc. - Preferred (Must also be able to read/write and speak English) Compensation and SchedulesSchedules are Wednesday-Wednesday, 9am- 9am one week on/ one week offMultiple Live In locations available - Please inquireMale and female clientsCompensation - $19.75 /hr, plus benefitsWeekly pay, and On Demand Pay perk!Direct DepositBenefit Card PerksHealthcare BenefitsPTO (Paid Time Off)Referral Bonus!401k retirement savings
