You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field supervision, and project teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are successfully achieved.This is a field‑oriented role designed for professionals looking to build a strong foundation in construction project management within the electric utility and substation markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of substation construction and upgrade projectsAssist with project schedules, budgets, job cost tracking, and reportingCoordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and utility stakeholdersSupport procurement activities, material tracking, and documentation controlParticipate in safety planning, job briefings, and compliance initiativesProvide on‑site project support throughout long‑term field assignmentsAssist with change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout activitiesWhy Michels Power, Inc.?
