Innovative medical device company is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Operator to join their growing Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, logistics, and inventory experience in a regulated environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where quality and precision matter.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products, materials, and inventory move efficiently through our operations while supporting quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive, inspect, store, and ship products and materials accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and warehouse organization using ERP and CRM systems.
Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics, including hazardous goods shipments.
Perform incoming inspections and support parts procurement activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation to support ISO, QA, and regulatory audits.
Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure operational excellence.
Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support vendor coordination, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure on-time product availability.
What We're Looking For
1–5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience within the medical device industry or another regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with ISO-controlled documentation and QA audit requirements.
Dangerous Goods Shipping Certification (49 CFR and IATA) is preferred or the ability to obtain certification shortly after hire.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
