This full-time, closed-door role oversees sterile and non-sterile compounding operations while ensuring compliance, quality, and patient safety. Ideal for pharmacists with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a collaborative, professional environment.Responsibilities as the Staff Pharmacist:Operational Oversight: Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and patient safety.Compounding & Verification: Supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding, validating formulas and final products.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor technicians to maintain quality, efficiency, and professional growth.Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all TSBP, USP Oversee medication inventory, documentation, and workflow accuracy. Qualifications for the Staff Pharmacist:Licensure: Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License required.Experience: 5+ years in pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in sterile compounding or a closed-door pharmacy setting.Technical Skills: Proficient in compounding systems and pharmacy software (PersonalMD Pharmacy Software preferred).Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of TSBP regulations, USP Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive professional with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
