This platform is designed to be a single-source solution for all operational needs, driving extensive efficiency gains and providing best-in-class advanced analytics and insights.Benchmark Analytics provides a comprehensive, all-in-one solution that is advancing police force management through state-of-the-art technology and market-leading data and analytics.The Role:In this customer-facing role, you will drive configuration and optimization of our SaaS platform with speed and precision. You will work as part of a dedicated delivery pod — partnering with a Data Engineer and a Reporting Analyst, and reporting to a Project Manager — jointly accountable for the end-to-end success of every agency in a shared book of accounts. Working in an Agile cadence, you will translate customer needs into scalable, best-practice configurations, and partner with your pod and the broader Configuration practice to continuously refine how we deliver.Responsibilities:Work within an Agile framework to iteratively configure and deploy SaaS solutionsEngage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvementRapidly translate customer needs into configurable solutions that align with best practicePartner with police and government agencies to understand their workflows and operational needsAnalyze and model business processes using BPMN to document and optimize workflowsDocument and communicate configuration changes effectively across teamsConduct configuration testing and validation before deploymentCreate user guides and training materials for configured solutionsParticipate in customer training sessions and knowledge transferGather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance future configurationsCollaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, and support teams to refine implementation processesMaintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, system settings, and best practicesIdentify, analyze, and resolve configuration-related issues in an Agile, iterative mannerEnsure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory requirementsJob Qualifications:Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) with proven ability to model business processes effectivelyProficient in JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN tools1+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, Python, or other scripting languagesKnowledgeable in data standardization, data mapping, and reportingStrong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technical skillsExcellent data sense with ability to identify patterns and understand central tendencies in both qualitative and quantitative dataStrong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailEnjoys working with data, testing assumptions, and conducting exploratory data analysisFamiliarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and KanbanExperience with iterative implementation processes4+ years in technology/software implementation4+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably with Enterprise customersExperience working with government agencies or law enforcement (preferred)2+ years of consulting experienceStrong customer service orientationAbility to interpret and communicate complex concepts clearlyAbility to communicate concisely and persuasively with customers, product managers, and engineersIndependent self-starter who enjoys taking on new challenges and running with themThrives in collaborative, fast-paced environmentsComfortable under pressure with high-stakes deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about the Benchmark Analytics mission and improving outcomes in the public sectorBachelor's degree preferredAbility to travel approximately 25% for customer meetingsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Unlimited Paid Time Off.Ability to work in a fully remote environment (must be based in the U.S. and willing to work in Central Time Zone).Summer Half-Day Fridays.Freed Up Fridays during Spring, Fall, and Winter months to promote productivity and dedicated heads-down work time.Medical, dental, and vision plan offerings along with 401(k).Employer-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.Other Voluntary Benefits include additional Life Insurance, Spouse Life Insurance, and Accident Insurance.The satisfaction that comes with being part of a solution that has real impact in the world.A diverse workforce and inclusive environment that embraces unique contributions and experiences.An empowered culture that encourages creativity and professional growth.Estimated Annual Salary Range:$120k-$150k; based on role, experience, and locationAdditional Information:Benchmark Analytics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
