Job Summary Technical Support Representative – Security 3+ years experience with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion ( Required) Pay range: $28.50 - $37.00 an hour based on experience. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard-working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must have thorough knowledge of Security Solutions like CCTV, Access Control and alarm Intrusion systems, A variety of network hardware experience including switches and firewalls.is a plus. being a Being a quick learner, self-motivated, team player, with a good character is required. Key Responsibilities: Remote configuration of network devices such as switches, and end devices Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems for both local and cloud Provide orientation to new users on how to operate security software Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.) Maintain records/logs for repairs and maintenance schedules Be available for special project assistance on nights and weekends Performs other applicable duties as assigned Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Great communication skills both verbal and written Great customer service skills Good knowledge of network device configuration Strong people skills Strong organization skills Charismatic personality Help Desk/Customer Service Experience Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Must past Background Check and Drug test Work Location: In person
