Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionAdvise clients on OSHA compliance, enforcement matters, inspections, and agency interactionsRepresent employers in OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and whistleblower-related mattersHandle litigation tasks including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategySupport on-site inspections, responses to agency inquiries, and enforcement proceedingsPartner with senior attorneys and clients on high-value workplace safety and regulatory mattersDraft clear, strategic written work product and communicate effectively with clients and agenciesContribute to a national practice serving employers across complex regulatory and litigation mattersQualificationsJD from an accredited law school3+ years of directly relevant OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and/or whistleblower experienceExperience with OSHA compliance, enforcement, inspections, and agency interactionStrong legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsStrong academic credentialsState bar admission in the relevant office location or ability to waive inDeposition, discovery, and motion practice experience preferredEnvironmental compliance, enforcement, or litigation experience is a plusWhy You Will Love Working HereYou will be part of a sophisticated practice where your work matters, your development is taken seriously, and your niche experience is valued.
