National Account Manager

We are working with a national client in the Ft. Worth area that is seeking a National Account Manager. This position will be responsible for cultivating and expanding new and existing customer relationships, focusing on the sales. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Director of Operations. This is a direct hire position and is fully onsite 5 days a week. No relocation and no sponsorship available. This is a W-2 position. No B2C/C2C. Must live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Must have pallet racking and material handling storage systems experience. Responsibilities:Identify New Customer Opportunities and Markets Nationwide: There are no territorial limitations, allowing you to explore nationwide prospects.Utilize phone, email, social media, and professional networking to establish new connections.Collaborate with customers to develop enduring relationships, generate additional sales opportunities, and resolve issues effectively.Comprehend customer warehouse operations to recommend optimal solutions as a trusted advisor along with solutions to other areas of need.Primarily work from the office but remain adaptable to meet customers in person to secure deals.Engage with customers to gather necessary operational details, ensuring efficient and optimized solution recommendations.Work effectively with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and other team members to deliver quality designs and solutions.Oversee engineering, permitting, installation, and customer service activities to ensure successful project completion.Maintain organization of leads and projects, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and long-term growth of customer base.Monitor all job costs and revenue, minimize errors and additional costs, and ensure project deadlines are met.Create monthly and weekly sales plans, including prospecting activities and forecasts.Qualifications:Associate's degree in business management, marketing, or related field required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fieldRequired: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the material handling industry, specifically in pallet racking and material handling storage systemsExcellent written and verbal and communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesDemonstrated ability to initiate and cultivate new relationships with a proactive and educational approach
