For a view into our world, please visit our website at www.birminghamgreen.orgResponsibilities/AccountabilitiesWe have an amazing opportunity for a Life Enrichment Director that can: Monitors quality and effectiveness of all of the resident programming including admission assessment and care plansEvaluates the activity program through consultation with the residents and families, CEO/Administrator, other department leaders, and outside sources as appropriate. Implements needed changes as indicated by evaluationCoordinates with Administrators in the maintenance of a harmonious working relationship between Nursing Home and Assisted Living programmingIn coordination with Volunteer Coordinator, assists with placement and supervision of volunteersExperience/Skills/EducationRequired: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceCurrent CPR certification or able to obtain certification within three months of employmentMust possess valid Virginia driver's license and good driving record.
