Contribute to something truly great through imagining, creating, and nurturing exceptional outdoor spaces.Outdoor Environments Group, a leader in the design, creation, and construction of outdoor living spaces, is seeking a motivated hard-working individual to join our growing team.The Property Care Crew Member will safely perform landscape installation and property care maintenance activities which will efficiently and profitably result in a high-quality landscape with high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execution of property care maintenance service work including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, pruning, seeding, mulching, fertilizing, weeding, planting, watering, pressure washing, edging and other maintenance tasks as necessaryAssist Crew Leader with all phases of daily tasks as directed to ensure 100% on time delivery of all contracted workSupport crew by contributing to constant attention to detail, cleanliness of job sites, and preventive maintenance of all equipmentAdhere to and uphold all Company safety practices, procedures and policiesPerform duties as directed by Crew Leader in daily activitiesWork safely in a team environment to produce high quality landscapesWork 40-60 hours per week, weather permittingOther duties as assignedRequirementsUnderstanding of landscape construction, installation and maintenance obtained through previous experience in the green industry or a related positionAbility to lift 75 pounds and perform physical field work Must have strong physical endurance as the position is labor intensiveAbility to communicate in English is extremely helpful but not required.Indiana driver's license preferredIndiana Applicators License RT, 3A & 3B Pesticide License a plus! Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science or equivalent work experience a plusAbility to work independently with a positive attitudeProfessional Mowing Experience PreferredBasic Plant Identification is a plus! Salary Description$18-$21 depending on experience
