Our teams work across healthcare, workplace, retail, and community-focused projects.Triversity has been recognized for construction excellence, safety, and community impact, including being named to the Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 list for seven consecutive years.What You’ll DoAs a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.You will:Lead renovation and ground-up commercial construction projectsServe as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and partnersManage project schedules, budgets, and financial performanceOversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentationIdentify and resolve issues early to keep projects on trackSupport and develop junior team membersPartner with preconstruction on estimating and buyout activitiesEnsure all work is executed safely and in alignment with company standardsTypical project sizes range from $3M to $8M, with involvement in projects up to $10M.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field10+ years of commercial construction experienceExperience managing full lifecycle construction projectsStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contractsOSHA 10 certificationExperience with MEP systems in commercial constructionAbility to lead teams and communicate effectively with clientsBackground in healthcare, workplace, or retail projects is a plusPreconstruction or estimating experience is a plusWhat You’ll GetCompetitive base salary with annual merit increasesHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchProfit sharing opportunitiesPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and development opportunitiesStrong team culture with real growth potentialWhy This Role Stands OutOpportunity to be part of Triversity’s growth in the Columbus marketExposure to a variety of commercial project typesStrong leadership support and collaborative team environmentClear path for growth and development
