Pay- $31.01Required Skills:Proven experience in forging operations or related manufacturing rolesAbility to read blueprints and interpret technical drawingsCompetence in setting up and adjusting forging dies and machineryBasic math skills for precise measurements and calculationsCapable of lifting up to 75 pounds safelyProficient in operating a tow motorCompleted all necessary Forge Helper trainingStrong attention to detail to identify flaws or wear in dies and equipmentAbility to supervise and direct a team of 2-4 forge helpersKnowledge of serialization and defect identificationNice to Have Skills:Experience with blueprint reading beyond basic comprehensionAdditional certification in machinery operation or safetyFamiliarity with maintenance and troubleshooting forging equipmentPrior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing settingPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in forging or heavy industrial manufacturing preferredDemonstrated track record of successful team supervision in a manufacturing environmentOther Requirements:Ability to operate a tow motor safely and efficientlyWillingness to follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standardsPhysical stamina to perform manual handling and operate heavy machineryFlexibility to work various shifts depending on production schedulesReady to elevate your manufacturing career?
