We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in San Marcos, TX.Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks in our warehouse facility, including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The ideal candidate should be able to lift heavy items, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse.Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety regulations.Assist in loading and unloading trucks.Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.Perform general maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues in the warehouse.QualificationsThe skills required include the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs), strong organizational and time management skills, basic math skills for inventory counting and order preparation, familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus), good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
