As we expand our impact into new markets, we are looking for a passionate Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join our talented team.About The RoleAs a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will take a leadership role in both front-end and back-end development, shaping the architecture of our platform and driving key technical initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding other engineers, fostering best practices, and ensuring the success of our engineering efforts.Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern technologiesLead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to timelinesArchitect and implement scalable backend services, leveraging cloud technologies and best practicesDevelop intuitive user interfaces in React (v.18) and TypeScript, ensuring responsive design principlesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specificationsMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team cultureStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platformRequirements8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on both front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Java, Node.js, or similar) technologiesProven experience designing and building scalable applications and services in a production environmentStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureProficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like DockerExperience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)Solid understanding of web security principles and best practicesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in healthcare or health-tech development is a plusNative mobile development experience is also a plus.
