Senior Growth Manager - Marketing

Our technology removes the friction of traditional production, making high-quality storytelling faster, more accessible, and scalable across formats and languages.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Mateo. The Growth Manager - Marketing will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, creating campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with company objectives. This role also involves identifying growth opportunities and optimizing performance to scale the business further.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant channels.Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to hit acquisition and efficiency goals.Build and maintain scalable campaign structures, creative testing plans, and keyword/audience strategies.Use data to identify underperforming areas, new growth opportunities, and actionable next steps.Landing Pages, Messaging, and Funnel OptimizationCollaborate with Product and Creative to refine landing pages, user flows, and onboarding experiences.A/B test headlines, value props, CTAs, and creative variations to improve conversion rates.Ensure messaging is consistent across ads, landing pages, and in-product surfaces.Analyze full-funnel performance and implement improvements from impression to activation.Growth ExperimentationDevelop and run rapid experiments to test new channels, audiences, and creative concepts.Partner with Product and Engineering to run in-product growth tests that impact activation and retention.Document experiment learnings and build playbooks for repeatable growth.Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards and reports to monitor performance, CAC, ROAS, and funnel KPIs.Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, pixels, and conversion events across all campaigns.Translate data into insights that inform strategy, creative direction, and product roadmap decisions.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Creative, Community, and CS to align on user needs and insights.Partner with Design to produce high-performing creative assets for ads and experiments.Support CRM and lifecycle teams to connect acquisition with long-term user retention.Qualifications5+ years in digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Data-Driven MarketingProficiency in Market Research, Analytics, and A/B TestingSkills in Social Media Campaigns, Email Marketing, and Content MarketingKnowledge of Performance Marketing, SEO, and Paid Media ChannelsStrong communication, leadership, and collaboration skillsRelevant experience in SaaS, tech, or AI-driven platforms is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related fieldCompensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and internal leveling guidelines. The base salary range for this position is $130,000–$170,000, depending on location and experience.
