Licensed Master Barber

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities: - Provide expert haircutting and styling services to clients, utilizing a variety of techniques and tools, including straight razors. - Offer makeup application services to enhance clients' overall appearance. - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients leave feeling satisfied with their experience. - Work collaboratively with other stylists and barbers to maintain a cohesive and professional atmosphere. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and cosmetology, ensuring that our salon remains cutting-edge and competitive. Experience: - 2+ years of experience in barbering and cosmetology. - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. - Strong background in barbering. - Familiarity with barbering and the importance of sanitation and safety in the barber shop environment. Skills: - Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients. - Proficiency in straight razor shaving and other barbering techniques. - Experience mentoring and training when needed. - Strong skills in cutting all textures of hair, from curly to straight. - Knowledge of retail sales and the ability to effectively promote products and services. - Certification in barbering or cosmetology and a strong understanding of the importance of sanitation and safety in the salon environment.
