There are an average of 5 patients per shift. The provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call responsibilities during these stints, with clinic and on-call coverage from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and night call from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am the following day. Weekend coverage will involve 24-hour call. Providers may not be in clinic all five days during the listed dates, though this is a possibility, with coverage periods including April 30 8:30 am to May 5 8:30 am (a May 1 start is also acceptable) and June 1 8:30 am to June 8 8:30 am, with additional dates to be offered. Providers will see complex spine cases, with no airway certifications required. Required qualifications include FLURO certification (temporary FLURO accepted), an active CA license and DEA, and Board Certification or true Board Eligibility within 3-5 years of residency, with a preference for Board Certified.
