With a collaborative, inclusive culture and a strong emphasis on employee growth, we offer competitive compensation and benefits in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.**Position Overview**We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support assembly and packaging operations within our multi-product drug product manufacturing facility. Working under limited supervision, this individual will assist senior team members in executing routine unit operations in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).**Location** : Onsite in Fremont, CA | **Hours** : M-F 6am - 2:30pm | **Type** : 6-month contract with opportunity for extension**Key Responsibilities**+ Support the setup, changeover, and minor adjustments of automated and semi-automated assembly equipment used in drug product manufacturing.+ Retrieve components, materials, and tooling from storage areas to prepare for production operations.+ Assist in real-time troubleshooting of mechanical and component-related issues, escalating as needed.+ Perform assembly and packaging operations, including support for visual inspection and filling activities when required.+ Ensure all production areas are properly stocked with components and supplies prior to the start of operations.+ Execute room cleaning, sanitization, and waste disposal in compliance with established safety and environmental procedures.+ Complete all documentation accurately in batch records, logbooks, and controlled documents in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).+ Verify equipment calibration and ensure appropriate equipment is utilized per controlled procedures.+ Maintain production areas to 5S standards and adhere to all safety protocols, escalating unsafe conditions promptly.**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or completion of a biotechnology/vocational training program, preferred.+ Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).+ Foundational math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)._This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
