And the next chapter is underway.RequirementsThe Senior Manager Data Analysis at Conductor Power LLC is responsible for transforming construction, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that improve project execution, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. Working closely with project teams, finance, operations, engineering, safety, and leadership, this role leads advanced analytics initiatives related to labor productivity, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, safety trends, and operational performance. The Senior Manager Data Analysis also serves as a senior technical resource within the analytics function by supporting data governance, mentoring junior analysts, improving reporting processes, and helping drive a data-driven culture across the organization.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis role supports the development of Data Analysts through mentorship, training, knowledge-sharing, and guidance on reporting processes, dashboard development, and analytics best practices. The Senior Manager Data Analysis may also lead project-based initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help promote a data-driven culture across the organization while supporting consistency, process improvement, and operational efficiency.What You’ll DoLead the collection, integration, and analysis of operational, financial, workforce, and project data to support business decision-making.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to leadership and project teams.Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to support budgeting, workforce planning, project scheduling, and risk management.Analyze key performance metrics related to productivity, costs, resource utilization, safety, and project execution to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes, improve data quality, and standardize analytics across the organization.Provide technical leadership and user support for reporting platforms, data governance initiatives, and analytics best practices while mentoring junior team members.What You BringAdvanced proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and report publishing; strong SQL and data transformation experience required.Experience working with Microsoft data ecosystems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools such as Azure, SQL Server, Python, VBA, Procore, UKG, NetSuite, or Primavera preferred.Strong understanding of operational metrics, including labor productivity, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation.Ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable business insights, and effectively communicate recommendations to operational and executive teams.Proven analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members.Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, with 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting; construction, renewable energy, or project-based industry experience preferred.Valid driver's license required; ability to travel 5–10% to project sites and company events.Ability to navigate active construction sites and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Ready to Build What’s Next?If you’re driven, dependable, and ready to power something bigger than yourself - we want to hear from you.SummaryConductor Power provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
