We work with high-growth and enterprise organizations that need real outcomes, not slideware.About the roleAs a Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer, you embed directly with our customers to understand how their business actually runs, then design and implement AI-driven solutions across their real enterprise systems. You’ll map processes end-to-end, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and build production-grade workflows that integrate AI with ERP, CRM, ticketing, security, and custom applications.This is a hands-on, highly visible role: part solutions architect, part software/automation engineer, part operator. You’ll work directly with executives, ops leaders, and technical teams to turn “we want AI” into shipped systems with measurable impact.What you’ll doEmbed with client stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and existing workflows across IT, operations, and business teams.Analyze and document current systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, helpdesk, custom apps) to find automation and AI integration opportunities.Design AI-powered workflows and agents that plug into real tools and data pipelines, not just prototypes in a sandbox.Build and integrate solutions using APIs, orchestration, and automation platforms, working with LLMs and other AI services where they’re genuinely the right tool.Own delivery end-to-end: pilots, iteration, hardening for production, metrics, and rollout in partnership with Electric Red’s engineering and operations teams.Translate between business and technical teams, clearly communicating tradeoffs, timelines, and ROI.Capture patterns and reusable components so each engagement makes our platform and playbooks stronger.You’re a fit ifYou’ve owned complex, cross-functional projects that touched both business processes and technical systems (consulting, solutions engineering, product/ops, or similar).You’re comfortable reading and writing code or scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, automation tooling) and working with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.You think in systems: you enjoy mapping how data and work move through an organization and spotting leverage points.You can sit with executives one hour and debug with engineers the next, and you’re proactive about driving to outcomes instead of waiting for perfect requirements.You’re excited about applied AI and automation, skeptical of hype, and focused on what will actually ship and stick in production.You like to travel and interact with humans.Why Electric RedWork on deeply real problems at the intersection of IT operations, security, and AI for a diverse set of customers.Partner directly with founders and senior engineering leadership to shape how we deliver AI-powered services.Ship systems that matter: your work will automate critical workflows, reduce noise for IT/ops teams, and unlock new capabilities for our clients.
