Complimentary Breakfast HostThe SpringHill Suites Corona is currently seeking an experienced food handler to deliver our Complimentary Breakfast Host to our guests and ensure a quality experience. As part of the property team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!Responsibilities:Be dependable and prompt, arriving on time and ready to work in a clean uniform and a name tag.Welcoming and friendly morning personality.Prepare breakfast food and beverage items and set out all hot and cold food items following all food safety regulations. Replenish all food and beverage items during the meal period.Keep all service areas cleaned throughout the entire time breakfast and happy hour are open.Ensure all tables are properly cleaned, and dining area is vacuumed.Receive bi-weekly shipments from food vendor and store using favored inventory control measures.Greet each guest and learn about their guest experience through conversations - to be measured by a minimum standard of learning three pieces of information about at least 10 of the hotel's guests per day.Create and maintain a pleasant presentation for breakfast.Maintain a clean breakfast area, store food and remove all trash.
