Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan. Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff. Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
