Part-Time Expert Real Estate Appraiser (Texas)

We are seeking an experienced and credentialed Texas real estate appraiser to support litigation matters involving property valuation, damages analysis, and trial preparation. The role includes expert opinion development and occasional testimony in court. Responsibilities Provide valuation analysis in legal disputes Prepare documentation and assist with trial strategy Defend appraisal conclusions when needed in court Review and analyze commercial and residential property valuations Qualifications Current Texas appraisal license (Certified General preferred) Strong mass-appraisal knowledge and valuation experience Prior litigation support or expert-witness involvement preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation Flat $2,500 per court case, including preparation and testimony Additional flat-fee compensation for analysis and review assignments Flexible workload based on availability If you are interested in applying your appraisal expertise in a litigation context with flexible scheduling, we would like to speak with you.
