TSA Program Manager - Clearance Required

Overview In this Program Manager role, you will lead a TSA BPA and serve as the single point of contact for TSA leadership. You will oversee staffing for task orders, ensure timely delivery of contract milestones, and manage overall BPA performance with a focus on ethical standards. Based in the DC metro region, you will coordinate across field staff, airport personnel, TSA stakeholders, and LMI leadership to drive mission-ready outcomes. This position offers impact at scale by enabling secure, integrated transportation security solutions through OA demonstrations and TRS deployments. ResponsibilitiesLead the TSA Open Architecture demonstrations and related TRS/OA services for national airportsServe as primary point of contact with TSA leadershipManage staffing for task orders and allocate resourcesAccountable for submission and quality of contract deliverablesOversee overall BPA performance and contractual complianceCoordinate regular engagements with TSA personnel, field staff, and contractorsLiaise with TSA equipment manufacturers and LMI leadership on project progressEnsure adherence to cybersecurity and ILS requirements including maintenance support Key requirementsBachelor's Degree requiredSecret Clearance and active DHS suitability10+ years of total experience5 years of experience managing Federal programs of similar size and complexityPMP certification requiredAirport installation and TSA experience highly desiredStakeholder management and communicationLeadership and team coordinationEthical judgment and integrityPMP certificationCybersecurityIntegrated Logistic Support (ILS)
