The ideal candidate has experience with multi-line switchboards and is comfortable in a high-pressured, ever-changing environment.Position Responsibilities:Greet visitors.Answer telephone calls (150+ calls per day).Perform responsibilities with a high level of energy and professionalism.Scan vendor packing slips and attach to Purchase Orders daily. Ability to learn our ERP System (Eclipse).Completes special projects or supports as assigned.General administrative tasks (i.e. filing, scanning, data entry, and special projects).Order office/break room supplies.Responsible for cash reconciliation and deposit slips for bank.Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.Works closely with all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer.Commitment to SafetyAdhere to all United Electric health, safety, and environmental policies.Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk.
