Controller (In office)

Sky Blue Healthcare LLC - The Controller is responsible for leading the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company. This role will oversee key financial processes, including monthly and annual closes, compliance, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Controller will also collaborate with the CFO and other departments to ensure financial strategies align with the company's overall goals while maintaining strong internal controls.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESOversee the month-end close process, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction reviews to ensure financial accuracy and ensure all transactions are booked timely and accordance with GAAP.Manage all the company general ledgers accounts.Review and analyze, a high volume of intercompany transactions and reconcile for accuracy.Mentoring direct reports to grow in their roles & responsibilities as the company continues to scale. Accounting teams are local, hybrid, and international.Collaborate with management to achieve strategic goals and fulfill business needs through effective accounting services.Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems in collaboration with the accounting team.Assist in strategic planning and provide financial insights to support company growth.Direct and integrate changes in processes into the accounting systems and accounting cycle.Oversee and perform treasury measurement activities.Assist the CFO as needed.Perform and undertake other special projects and duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in accounting8+ years of experience as a controller or similar leadership role.Proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software including Sage IntacctGeneral ledger and financial statement experience.Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skillsThorough knowledge of GAAP and applicable federal and state taxation requirementsHigh level of confidentiality and integrityFeatured benefitsMedical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Life InsuranceVoluntary insurance
