Special Projects Job Description Clean Out Crew Member ECHO Joint Agreement Job Title: Extra Help Storage Area Clean-Out Assistant Position Type: After-School & Weekend (Temporary Position As-Needed) Location: All ECHO Joint Agreement Program Locations Open To: All School Staff MembersPosition Overview: ECHO Joint Agreement is seeking motivated and dependable staff members to assist with cleaning and organizing storage areas throughout the school district's locations. This after-school and weekend position provides additional support as we work to declutter, inventory materials, and prepare spaces for improved usage.Key Responsibilities:Clean, sort, and reorganize school storage rooms, closets, and supply areas.Lift, move, and transport boxes, furniture, instructional materials, and equipment.Dispose of outdated or unusable items according to school guidelines.Assist with creating an organized layout for storage areas (labeling, shelving, grouping items).Follow safety procedures while handling materials and using equipment.Complete tasks as directed by the project supervisor or building administrator.Physical Requirements:Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 4050 pounds.Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move continuously for extended periods.Comfortable working in storage spaces that may be dusty or cluttered, located inside of and outside of buildings.Schedule & Compensation:Hours available on weekdays after regular school hours, student non-attendance days, and weekends. Flexible scheduling based on project needs.
