This involves cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality seller experiences across multiple channels, including Zendesk, support chat, and order help requests.As a software engineer on Seller Support Availability, you will be responsible for understanding incoming product documents and design specifications for any given project, breaking down and delivering work incrementally, and monitoring and tracking the impact. This work is primarily Python + React/Typescript full-stack development.
