Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in Duxbury, MA. This role is crucial in driving marketing initiatives that significantly boost our sales team's quality and quantity of leads. The ideal candidate will manage marketing vendors, implement brand strategies, and ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes our brand, who can think outside the box, and present innovative ideas to the owner and CMO. Additionally, you will be key in ensuring the ROI of webinars and in-person events. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Generation: Develop and manage lead sources to expand our referral network and improve lead quality. Implement strategies that effectively generate and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. Create and optimize lead automation and nurture campaigns. Brand Strategy & Implementation: Implement and maintain brand strategy and guidelines across all marketing channels. Ensure all marketing communications align with the company’s brand identity and values. Collaborate closely with the owner to maintain brand integrity and consistency. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Regularly present creative and out-of-the-box marketing ideas to the owner and CMO. Develop innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Continuously think of new ways to connect with our target audience and stand out in the market. Marketing & Sales Coordination: Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective alignment between marketing and sales teams. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and events team to ensure smooth execution and lead follow-up. Vendor Management & ROI Accountability Manage relationships with marketing vendors, holding them accountable for delivering ROI. Regularly review vendor performance and ensure they meet agreed-upon objectives. Meet with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to discuss vendor performance and align marketing strategies with ROI goals. Event & Webinar Management: Organize and ensure ROI from both webinars and in-person events, focusing on lead generation and effective pre- and post-event follow-up. Manage all aspects of events, including venue booking, logistics, and coordination with vendors. Implement strategies to maximize attendance and engagement in webinars and live events, ensuring they contribute to lead generation goals. Email Campaigns & Drip Marketing: Oversee the creation and deployment of targeted email campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion. Review and refine email automations to prioritize and convert high-quality leads. Content & Social Media: Manage social media posting and content creation to drive engagement and lead generation. Coordinate blog content creation and distribution to ensure relevance to target audiences. Manage monthly newsletters, focusing on content that aligns with lead nurturing goals. Tech & CRM Management: Identify and resolve issues in CRM systems to optimize lead management. Ensure website updates and enhancements are focused on improving lead conversion rates. Former Client Engagement: Implement post-engagement activities to generate repeat business and referrals from former clients. Advertising & Internet Presence: Optimize digital advertising campaigns and online profiles to attract and convert high-quality leads. Manage the company’s digital presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Systems & Tools Optimization: Maximize the use of existing marketing tools and systems to enhance lead generation efforts. Introduce new tools and technologies as needed to improve marketing operations. Business Development PRP Newsletter Adding new PRPs monthly Tteaking funnels to convert more referrals Building a schedule for regular calls/gifts/drop offs. Organizing a clear schedule for PNC gas calls, newsletters, appreciation events, gifts, etc. This person will be responsible for getting a certain number of PNC and PRP referrals monthly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing operations role, focusing on lead generation, creative strategy, event/webinar management, and vendor management. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM systems. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Zoho, Canva, and social media platforms. Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to think creatively and present innovative ideas. Passion for the brand and a deep understanding of its values and goals. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities. Performance Expectations Increase the volume and quality of leads delivered to the sales team.
