Apply today.Position DescriptionThis position is responsible for performing a variety of fabrication projects including field related fabrication such as signs, railing, fences and trash containers. In addition, you will assist with shop fabrication such as trailers, small tools and truck and equipment modifications.Pay Range$15.50-$22.00/hrEssential Functions• Responsible for welding, cutting, grinding, bending and finishing steel• Prepare metal for welding and painting• Measure material• Perform electrical connection for trailers• Mix concrete• Paint trucks and fences• Dig holes for postsPosition Requirements• 1+ years' experience in safe and efficient use of welders, plasma cutters, cut-off saws and drilling equipment• Arizona Driver License and acceptable MVR record (39 months)• Must know how to diagnose electrical problems• Must be able to work independently• Must work safelyPhysical Demands/Working Conditions• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis• Able to walk/stand for long periods of time• Able to reach, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, squat, crouch, and grasp along with repetitive movements may be part of daily job duties• Works in an outdoor environment• Must be able to work in summer and winter climates including extreme heat in the summerEqual Opportunity EmployerOur CompanyWith over 35 years of experience in landscape, water and arbor management, DLC Resources, Inc. provides superior landscape management to communities across greater Phoenix.
