Hourly Team MemberOur Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of different responsibilities depending on your interest:The food runner duties include:Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they needRefills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been deliveredProtects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policiesOther duties as requested by managementThe busser duties include:Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairsMaintains table setting by removing plates as completed and being alert to guest spills or other special needsMaintains dining room by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors and removing trash, and cleaning up spillsProtects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policiesOther duties as requested by managementThe dishwasher duties include:Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatwarePrepares dish area and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restockingUnloads and stores deliveries as neededSweeps and mops floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilledTakes out the trash and rinses garbage cansProtects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policiesOther duties as requested by managerThe prep cook duties include:Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directionsPrepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standardsCleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashingProtects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policiesOther duties as requested by managementThe line cook duties include:Maintains food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensilsManages sanitation, health and safety standards in work areasReads food orders and/or receives verbal instructions required and prepares orders quickly and accuratelyCleans and restocks station at the beginning and end of each shift, preps additional items as necessaryEnsures prepared food meets quality and quantity requirementsProtects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policiesOther duties as requested by managementThis is for a position at a franchised McAlister's Deli location
