The FST provides timely and efficient machine repairs and installations primarily for customers and will serve as the front-line representative for the BOBST product range.90% TRAVEL REQUIRED – Candidates must have flexibility to travel extensively throughout the US and Canada. Ideal candidate located within 1 hour from a major international airport.The FST is at the core of an extensive support network of service personnel worldwide. This trusted advisor is the key customer representative, responsible for confirming, clarifying, and meeting the customers’ expectations at every stage of contact and on every service, project relating to our machines. The FST possesses a strong background in the principles of electrical & mechanical engineering. They think logically and enjoy solving problems with creativity, diligence and above all else, focus on excellent customer service.Education:Technical school or college related to Electrical Science, Technology Science, Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering Compensation & Benefits:In good faith and in alignment with current market data, the base salary for this position is estimated to range between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.This role is also eligible for:Overtime Pay (OT)Per diem allowance during travelTravel time compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and development opportunitiesPlease note: This is not an exhaustive list of all benefits available.
