Insurance Account Executive

Act as the main point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal teams while identifying opportunities for account growth.Job Roles And ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for assigned commercial accounts and resolve client queriesManage full policy lifecycle including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and claims coordinationBuild and maintain client relationships through regular reviews and renewal planningAnalyze risk exposure and recommend suitable coverage solutionsPrepare proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations and negotiate with carriersCross sell insurance products and services to increase revenueCoordinate with internal teams including producers, underwriters, and claims specialistsMaintain accurate records in agency management systems and track commissionsMonitor account profitability and resolve billing discrepanciesEnsure compliance with regulatory and carrier requirementsSupport and mentor junior team members and improve internal processesQualifications And Certifications3 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management, brokerage, or underwritingStrong knowledge of commercial lines including general liability, business owner policies, workers compensation, commercial auto, property, and professional liabilityExperience with agency management systems such as AMS360 and Microsoft Office toolsInsurance license or ability to obtain within a defined timeframeIndustry certifications such as CIC, CISR, or CIS are preferredExperience in risk analysis and loss control is an added advantageBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time offSupport for continuing education
