Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will follow a structured development path:Phase 1 – Training & AlignmentGain a deep understanding of our company philosophy, values, and working methodsLearn in detail about our products, applications, and competitive advantagesParticipate in technical and commercial training sessionsPhase 2 – Market DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential clients across the target marketsPresent products and solutions using a consultative sales approachProvide technical and commercial support to initial clientsAttend trade shows, events, and networking activitiesPhase 3 – Consolidation & LeadershipIndependently manage the USA and Canada marketsCoordinate potential local collaboratorsDevelop strategic partnerships with chains, distributors, and manufacturersDefine growth strategies and annual objectives3.
