Construction SuperintendentWe're looking for a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of onsite experience and knowledge of high-rise, out-of-the-ground commercial construction in New York City. Large project experience 100 million+ required.Primary Duties:Must demonstrate superior understanding of site logistics, site safety and construction operations.Must possess DOB NYC Site Superintendent LicenseAssures onsite superintendents conformance to company policy and reporting requirementsAssists the Project Executive and PM in planning and executionAssists the Team in dealings with NYC Agencies including the DOB and DOTMaintains extraordinary relationships with NYC Agency inspectors, department chiefs and heads of NYC utility companiesDemonstrate the ability to achieve onsite dispute resolutionEnsure outstanding project safety, subcontractor performance, on-time scheduling, specification conformance and quality controlQualifications & Experience:+5 years of onsite experience and knowledge of commercial, residential and mixed use construction as a superintendentAdvanced skills in organizing construction sites and field personnelExtraordinary ability to provide expertise in site logistics, safety and planningExcellent leadership and communication skillsDemonstrated skills in organizing and evaluating informationMust possess unquestionable personal integrity and a superior reputation.MUST POSSESS NY DOB SUPERINTENDENT LICENSEWhat's in it for you:$175-225K DOECompetitive bonuses and benefitsNYC Marquee projectsOpportunity for upward mobility
