Our 24/7 care platform helps senior living communities, SNFs, home health agencies, and provider groups improve outcomes, reduce unnecessary hospital transfers, and confidently support “treat‑in‑place” care.We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a strong National Sales Director to drive new enterprise and mid‑market B2B revenue across the U.S. What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closeSell the Never Alone SaaS platform to SNFs, AL/IL communities, ACOs, health systems, home health, and hospice organizationsBuild and manage a strong national pipeline using HubSpotDeliver compelling, tailored demos that speak to clinical, operational, and financial valueNavigate multi‑stakeholder deals with C‑suite, clinical leaders, and operatorsDevelop segment‑specific messaging and ROI stories (SNF, AL/IL, ACO, Home Health, Hospice)Represent Never Alone at national conferences and industry eventsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations teamsProvide accurate forecasting, territory planning, and clean CRM documentation RequirementsExperience5+ years of B2B healthcare tech or SaaS sales experienceProven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals ($50k+ ACV)Experience selling into post‑acute care (SNF, AL/IL, Home Health, Hospice, ACO) strongly preferredUnderstanding of value‑based care, ACO models, and post‑acute workflowsSkills & AttributesHigh‑energy hunter with strong consultative selling skillsExcellent communicator with executive presenceStrong business acumen and understanding of healthcare economicsOrganized, disciplined, and accurate with pipeline and forecastingCompetitive, resilient, and motivated by high-growth environmentsTechnical SkillsProficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platformsSkilled in live and virtual SaaS product demosComfortable using sales engagement and reporting toolsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
