Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing execution across the business. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep marketing projects moving, details organized, and deliverables completed.
This is an execution-first role. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate logistics, manage details, and support marketing programs rather than define strategy. It’s well suited for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:
Marketing Execution & Coordination
Support execution of marketing initiatives across corporate and divisional needs
Track timelines, deliverables, and next steps for marketing projects
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Ensure tasks move forward and nothing falls through the cracks
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist with social media content scheduling and posting, with emphasis on LinkedIn and Instagram, and TikTok
Support content calendars and basic performance tracking
Help execute targeted digital and regional marketing efforts
Gather and organize analytics and performance data
Trade Shows, Events & Logistics
Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows and events
Help manage logistics including travel, swag, dinners, and vendor coordination
Support on-site execution when needed
Assist with seasonal and holiday gifting programs
Sales Enablement & Dealer Support
Help maintain and update brochures, packaging, sell sheets, and dealer materials
Support retail and dealer marketing needs
Assist with product training materials and presentations
Keep marketing assets organized and up to date
Internal Communications
Support internal marketing and communication initiatives
Assist with internal content, success stories, and videos
Help improve information flow between teams and divisions
Data, CRM & Market Support
Assist with CRM-related marketing tasks and list management
Support market research and reporting needs
Help organize data used for targeted marketing
What success looks like
Marketing projects stay organized and on track
Events and trade shows are well-supported and run smoothly
Sales teams receive timely, accurate marketing materials
Social media and digital efforts are consistent and reliable
The marketing function feels more organized and less reactive
Requirements:
What you Bring to the Role:
1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling details and follow-through
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade shows
Ideally, experience in B2B, agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial markets
Ideally, experience supporting events or trade shows
Ideally, familiarity with CRM tools or marketing platforms
