To date, the company has acquired over twenty-five independent agencies to become the largest and fastest-growing agency in the technology industry.About the Role:UPSTACK is seeking a motivated and experienced Advisory Operations Analyst to support the Advisory Operations, Finance, Sales, Business Operations and Marketing teams.The Advisory Operations Analyst plays a strategical role in providing reporting and analytical insights required to aid prioritization, execution, and various data driven business decisions.They will also be the subject-matter-expert for UPSTACK business reporting, while being a contributing member of the data analytics team supporting data mapping and validation as needed.Critical Outcomes Expected:Reporting to the VP of Advisory Operations, the Advisory Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting:Develop prompt, accurate and insightful analysis and reporting of UPSTACK’s sales performance based on set criteria and metrics.Develop, refine, and validate key reports across the teams.Proactively improve report format and data integrity as the business evolves.Be the sales reporting and data subject expert, support integration of data from various systems into key reports, and data mapping exercises as needed during system migration.Gather and incorporate inputs from Sales, Customer Success, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Corporate DevelopmentDevelop weekly performance reporting across Sales and CS that tracks revenue growth and retention to be reported to the organization.Drive report simplification and consolidation; understand user requirements and business purposes of each report, improve usability and practicality of key reports.Support ad hoc analytics requests using SFDC, Tableau and advanced MS ExcelDesign and host analytics training sessions on reporting intake process and outputs as needed.Partner and consult with Sales and Operations leadership on defining and governing KPIs.Conduct data quality audits in SalesforceSkills & Requirements:Minimal 3 years of experience with Tableau, advanced MS Excel modeling, BI Tools or the equivalentMinimal 3 years performing Business AnalyticsStrong Salesforce experience preferred, minimum of 2 yearsDemonstrated ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsLogical and efficient, with keen attention to detailSelf-motivated and autonomousAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Experience in the technology Industry a plus not required.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or universityWhat Else We’re Expecting:Exceptional core values – not only does the right thing, but does the thing rightCurious, resilient, self-starter with a “can-do” attitudeHighly competitive, motivated by winningMaterial experience as a key contributor to winning teamsNot afraid to challenge the status quo – eager to find better ways to accomplish objectivesCollaborative with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work on projects and tasks within and outside of your normal job responsibilitiesA problem-solver, execution-focusedDevelop and share fact-based opinions to better our product, process, and culture, and speak up when you see room for improvementShare industry best practices with the team to iterate and drive improved resultsBe part of a diverse and cross-functional group that looks to learn something from each other every day
