We are looking forFor Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone we are looking for a Mechanical Designer for the Tooling and Fixtures domainThis position offers the opportunity to take part in the design of advanced aerospace tooling, contributing to the development and production of high-end aerospace systems in a leading defense company with meaningful technological impactIn this role you willDesign tools and fixtures for aerospace productsProvide engineering support to project setup teams for manufacturing tooling aspectsCollaborate with customers in Israel and abroadMaintain tooling design versions in the PLM systemWork independently or as part of a team while meeting project, schedule, and quality requirementsBe responsible from the concept stage through serial productionPrepare and present tooling design reviewsWork with various engineering disciplinesSupport subcontractors during tooling production and provide solutions to arising issuesSupport periodic auditsDefine and write maintenance and repair instructions for toolsRequirementsB.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical)At least 3 years of experience in mechanical designFamiliarity with manufacturing technologies - AdvantageExperience in tooling design - Significant advantageKnowledge and understanding of GD&TProficiency in CATIA environment - AdvantageStrong interpersonal skills, initiative, broad system view, and self-learning abilityAbility to focus and lead tasks in a multi-tasking and multi-interface environmentDetermination to meet goalsStrong analytical skillsOnly relevant applications will be answered#Karmiel
