Team members join a fast-evolving environment at the intersection of advanced computational methods and transformative biomedical innovation.Role Description The Senior Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ann Arbor, MI. This role oversees complex, cross-functional programs that integrate biology, AI, and software development, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely delivery of milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope, building and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing budgets and resource allocation, and mitigating risks. The Senior Program Manager will facilitate communication between scientific, engineering, and business stakeholders, organize regular status reviews, and prepare executive-level updates and reports. This position also helps improve operational processes, implement best practices in program management, and support strategic partnerships to advance iReprogram’s platform and therapeutic applications.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in program or project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication for complex, multi-phase initiatives.Experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in biotech, life sciences, healthcare technology, or AI-driven software environments.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate scientific and technical concepts into clear plans and deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive summaries, project documentation, and presentations.Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, task tracking, collaboration platforms) and structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid approaches) as appropriate.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or formal project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Ann Arbor, MI, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.Interest in or familiarity with cell reprogramming, computational biology, AI/ML applications in biotech, or next-generation therapeutic development is highly beneficial.
