Technical Program Manager IISunnyvale CA/Redmond WATechnical Program Manager IIitD is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to drive end-to-end program execution and system health initiatives across consumer device programs within the Company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs by coordinating engineering, product, and operations teams while managing risks, timelines, and dependencies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical program management, software development lifecycle, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale product initiatives from concept through production.Location: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week (Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA)Pay Rate: $35 - $37 per hour, depending on experienceDuration: 12 monthsWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more. Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standardsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones across multiple concurrent programsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to drive alignment and executionMonitor program health by tracking key metrics, identifying risks, and driving mitigation strategiesFacilitate program reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communicationsOversee issue resolution, dependency management, and contingency planning across complex systemsDrive continuous process improvements to enhance program efficiency and delivery outcomesInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications and Skills3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programsStrong experience with program planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk managementExperience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependenciesKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development processesProven ability to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical and business stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical disciplinePreferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience working on consumer device programs (hardware/software integration)Experience with system health, performance metrics, or device stability initiativesFamiliarity with battery performance, firmware, or embedded systemsPMP or PMI certificationExperience working in large-scale, multi-platform environments or big tech organizationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field requiredMBA or advanced degree preferredCompany DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
